Why can't I advance to the Product Details tab on my order page when adding a product?

Fix the issue of being unable to advance to the Product Details tab when adding a product in ClickFunnels Classic. This article explains that a payment gateway must be manually selected in the integrations section before product details can be saved.

Question:

I cannot update the product details in my order form within my funnel.

B) Why won't the payment options save when creating a product?

Answer:

Make sure that you have selected the payment gateway that you would like to set up for your product. Our system does not preselect the payment gateway, so CHECK the integrations section and make sure that you click on the payment gateway that you would like to use.
