Learn how you can Delete Commissions in Backpack. Deleting Commissions gives you the ability to correct errors when paying commissions. For example: if you have tested your funnel and generated commissions that were payable and want to remove them from your totals, this would allow you to do that.
Prior To Getting Started, You Will Need The Following:
Delete Commissions
Important Notes: Deleting the commission will remove it permanently. Refunding the commission allows you to keep track of the commission. (will show as canceled)
Select Commissions from the Backpack menu.
Option 1: Select Delete Commission.
Option 2: Select Refund Commission
