Learn a brief overview of the shipping Integrations available and how to add shipping. Some products inside of ClickFunnels require the physical shipping of a product or an add-on to a product. In this article, we review how to set up shipping Integrations with third-party applications and configure shipping settings such as free shipping thresholds, shipping zones, and rate editing.
Prior to getting started, you will need the following:
Step 1: Shipping [Optional]
1. Go to the Products tab on your funnel
2. Click Edit
3. Go to "shipping"
4. Turn "is this a physical item product?" switch to "ON"
5. Select integration
6. Select from existing integrations or add shipping integration
7. Save and Next
Important Note: Due to the differences in shipping integrations, you'll want to consult your individual shipping integration page for detailed setup instructions.
Setting Free Shipping Thresholds and Integrating Upsells
To configure free shipping based on order totals, including upsells:
Define Paid Shipping Rates:
In your shipping profile, set a paid shipping rate for initial purchases. This ensures that orders below the free shipping threshold are charged appropriately.
Example: If your threshold is $100, set a paid rate for orders below this amount.
Create Free Shipping Rules:
Add a free shipping rule that applies when the total order value meets or exceeds your threshold.
Ensure that upsell products are included in the free shipping condition. This can be done by configuring the shipping profile to apply free shipping to upsells or by setting rules that charge shipping only on the initial purchase.
Example: If a customer’s initial purchase is $90 and an upsell adds $20, bringing the total to $110, the free shipping rule should apply automatically.
Editing Shipping Rates and Profiles
To modify shipping rates or profiles:
Navigate to your General Shipping Profiles in ClickFunnels.
Select the rate you want to edit and make the necessary changes (e.g., adjust the price or conditions).
Restricting Shipping to Specific States
To exclude certain states from your shipping zones:
Go to the Shipping Zones section in your settings.
Open the relevant country or region and adjust the zone by removing the states you want to exclude.
Example: If you don’t ship to Utah or Hawaii, remove these states from the allowed locations in the zone.
Common Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure that all shipping rules are correctly configured in the same profile to avoid conflicts.
