Question: I want a refund for my domain. I spelled my domain wrong. How can I get a refund?

Answer:

We understand you would like a refund for a domain purchase. Regrettably, domains cannot be refunded or canceled once purchased. Due to ICANN requirements, domains are registered for an entire year after purchase, and the domain must remain registered.

Because of this requirement and that we have a contract in place with a third-party company that maintains the registrar for said domains, it remains against policy to refund a domain, even if it is an accidental purchase or an accidentally misspelled domain.
