How to Download CSV Report to View All Paid and Pending Commission

In this article, affiliates will learn about the ClickFunnels affiliate CSV Report. The CSV report is helpful when needing to view pending and paid commissions. Affiliates are also able to view who is currently under their affiliate ID and is a paying client.

The CSV Report is important to understand when affiliates have questions regarding commission. This article will walk an affiliate through the process of downloading the CSV report and understanding the report.

Prior to getting started, you will need the following:


Important Note: As of January 2019, we now use Tipalti to pay our affiliates on the 1st and 15th of each month. You should have received an email with a unique link to register your account to receive payments. If you have not yet registered with the unique link, please log into your Affiliate Dashboard at http://affiliates.clickfunnels.com/affiliate-access/ and complete your Tipalti account setup using the embedded Tipalti window located at the top.

Step 1: Download The Affiliate CSV Report

Understanding the CSV Report

Now that the CSV report is downloaded, the affiliate will be able to view all paid and pending commissions from the time frame selected.

Below is an example of what a CSV report will look like.

Status: This column shows the status of the sale. It will show either as pending or paid.

Amount_Dollars: This column shows the dollar amount (USD) of a commission that will be paid out for that sale. This column will also show a negative commission if in the case a client requests a refund. It is important to know that a negative commission takes effect immediately; they do not have a 30-day cooling-off period.

Due_At: This column shows the date after the 30-day cooling period. It is important to pay attention to this date as affiliates must wait 30 days to be paid out.

Products: This column will show the product that the customer/client has purchased.

Not shown: For security purposes, the email column has been blurred out. This column will show the email/name for each purchase.
