ClickFunnels User Data Handling
All ClickFunnels application data is duplicated in a mirrored production environment based in the United States. This allows us to restore the application following a disaster with limited interruption to users.
In addition, we have implemented daily incremental backups and weekly full backups; these are cycled over thirty days. The backups ensure we reduce the potential data loss. While we backup the application, you, as the user are responsible for ensuring your data, is backed up appropriately.
We cannot guarantee your data against data loss from a system failure.
Important Note: ClickFunnels does not offer individual user backups for businesses hosted on our platform. As a user of our platform, all the information you upload to us should be backed up on separate systems. We maintain a backup of the application and current state of users accounts but cannot offer a guarantee of a full restoration for your information
