The funnel URL is used to send traffic to your funnel; this URL will always take visitors to the first step in your funnel. Customizing URLs and paths in ClickFunnels is essential for creating a seamless and professional user experience. Whether you want to edit a funnel step URL, remove unnecessary paths, or align your funnel URL with a specific campaign, ClickFunnels provides flexible options to achieve your goals.
Important Note: The paths must be unique in your account. If not, additional characters will be automatically added to the path. URLs require pathnames to function in Clickfunnels. Additionally, you can use custom domains to further personalize your funnel URLs. For example, you can connect or purchase a domain that reflects your campaign and assign it to your funnel in the settings section.
Step 1: Update Funnel URL
Customizing URLs for Specific Campaigns
To align your funnel URL with a specific campaign, such as a live event or promotion, you have two options:
Option 1: Use a Custom Domain
Connect or purchase a domain that reflects your campaign (e.g.,
www.bridalclass.com).Assign the domain to your funnel in the Settings section.
Option 2: Customize the Funnel Path on an Existing Domain
Open the funnel and go to Settings.
In the Funnel Path URL section:
Select the desired domain from the dropdown menu.
Edit the path text field to create a campaign-specific path (e.g.,
/bridal-masterclass).
Click Update Funnel to save your changes.
Use the Funnel URL below to send traffic to your funnel. This URL will always take visitors to the first page in your funnel.

1. From within your funnel, navigate to the funnel settings.
2. Update the Path.
3. Scroll to the bottom.
4. Click on Save And Update Settings.
Step 2: Update Your Funnel Step URL. If you need to change the URL path for a specific funnel step:
Open the funnel and locate the step you want to edit.
Click the three dots (more options) next to the step.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Edit the URL path field to your desired value (e.g.,
/webinar-page).Save your changes.
The Funnel Step URL is specific to the pages/steps in your funnel.

3. Update the Path.
4. Click on Update Funnel Step.
Step 3: Update The Page Split Test URL
The Page Split Test is the URL that your customers will see in their browsers. (Not recommended to use. Instead, use Funnel URL or Step URL)

2. Click on the Gear icon next to Edit Page.
3. Update the Path.
4. Click on Update Page.
