Add Failed Purchases To An Email List In ClickFunnels Using Zapier

Learn to add a failed purchase on a ClickFunnels order page to an email list in ClickFunnels by integrating it with Zapier.

Prior to getting started, you will need the following:

Step 1. Create a New Zap

  1. Inside of Zapier , click Make a Zap.

  2. Search for ClickFunnels .

  3. Select New Failed Purchase for the trigger.

  4. Click Save and Continue.

  5. Select your ClickFunnels Account .

  6. Select your funnel and funnel step where the failed purchases are triggered.

  7. Click Continue.

  8. Click Finish and Continue.

Important Note: When testing the Zapier connection, you will need a recently failed purchase in the funnel for a successful test.

Step 2. Choose an Action App

  1. Search for ClickFunnels .

  2. Select the Add Email To List action .

  3. Select the Email List from the List drop-down.

  4. Select the Email Address field from the Email drop-down.
