How to Update a Login Email Address

Learn how to update the login email address on your ClickFunnels account from your Profile Settings. Note that this only updates your login email and does not change your billing email address.

Whether you had a typo creating your account or whether you'd like to transition over to a different professional email address, we understand that sometimes our customers just need to update their information. In this article, we'll show you how to update your ClickFunnels Account's email address.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • ClickFunnels account access

Accessing your ClickFunnels Profile Settings:

1. Hover over the ClickFunnels Owner tab at the top of the dashboard.

2. Click Profile Settings.

3. Inside your Profile Settings, you will be able to update your new Email Address in the indicated spot.

4. Save your new Email Address, and you will be set going forward.

Important Note: Updating your email address within your Profile Settings will update your Login information. This will not alter your Billing Information. To change your Billing Email Address, please contact Customer Service for further assistance at Support@ClickFunnels.com.
