Integrating With Keap (Infusionsoft) Email

Learn how to integrate Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) with ClickFunnels by generating your Keap API key and connecting it to your ClickFunnels account integrations so funnel contacts are added to your Keap campaigns.

With this, you can connect your Keap autoresponder to add contacts from ClickFunnels to your lists in Keap. If you have a Keap account you use as your autoresponder, and you wish to continue sending from Keap after signing up contacts through funnels in ClickFunnels, this will teach you how to set up that connection.

Set Your Keap API Key

  1. Log in to Keap and select the sandwich menu next to the word "Keap".

  2. Click on "Settings" at the bottom of the Admin column (on the far right).

  3. Click on "Application" (sidebar on the left)

  4. Enter an API Passphrase.

  5. Click "Save."

  6. Copy your Encrypted Key.

Important Note: unlike this example, you may need to create your API Key. Please simply click "Save" as above, and the Encrypted Key will be generated from there.

Integrate Keap with ClickFunnels

  1. Access your account settings area within ClickFunnels.

  2. Click on "Integrations" on your account settings screen.

  3. Click "Add New Integration."

  4. Search for Infusionsoft in the search bar.

  5. Give your integration a Nickname.

  6. Click "Connect Integration."

  7. When prompted by Keap, click "Allow."

Important Note: If you are NOT logged into Keap when setting this up, you will be prompted to log in first instead. For best results, follow the steps in order. Also, please make sure you have at least one Webform set up and published in a Campaign for the integration to be successful.
