Can I issue a refund inside of ClickFunnels?
Answer:
Stripe will allow you to refund one-time products ONLY inside of ClickFunnels. All other payment gateways will require you to issue the refund through the payment gateway you are using for your funnel.
Step 1: Refunding a one-time product for Stripe inside of ClickFunnels
Navigate to the sales tab inside your funnel
Locate the One-Time Product you would like to issue a refund for
Click the details link on the right-hand side
Next, click the refund button in the top right hand corner of the screen
The refund will be issued, and the screen will reload. You have the option to delete/remove the sale from your list. This isn't required and is only recommended for test purchases.
Important Note: Stripe will allow you to refund one-time products ONLY inside of ClickFunnels. Subscription products in Stripe will need to be refunded within the Stripe Payment Gateway. All other payment gateways will require you to issue the refund through the payment gateway you are using for your funnel.
