Red Tag
Incomplete address. This address will need to be corrected before we are able to send it out.
Green Tag
The order itself is missing something. Example: If we do not have the T-shirt size for their #funnelhacker shirt, that order is incomplete.
Orange Tag
Random situations with the order. Example: if the person we need to send a T-shirt to is a 2CCX member, and he is coming to Boise. We will typically just give him the T-shirt when he comes in instead of shipping it to his house.
Black Tag
Test order or a fake order. When we run a big sale or launch something, people will try to jump on the sale and get more than they are allowed to, or they accidentally order more than 1. In this situation, we will tag them with the black tag until we clarify the situation, and we will either cancel the order or send it out.
Blue Tag
We do not have the inventory available to send the order out and are waiting on the product.
