Can I issue a refund inside of ClickFunnels using my payment gateway?

Question: Can I issue a refund inside of ClickFunnels?

Answer: Stripe will allow you to refund One Time Products ONLY inside of ClickFunnels. All other payment gateways will require that you issue the refund inside of the payment gateway you are using for your funnel.

Step 1: Refunding a one time product for Stripe inside of ClickFunnels

  1. Navigate to the sales tab inside of your funnel
  2. Locate the One Time Product you would like to issue a refund for
  3. Click the details link on the right hand side

  4. Next, click the refund button in the top right hand corner of the screen

  5. The refund will be issued and the screen will reload.  You have the option to delete/remove the sale from your list.  This isn't required and is only recommended for test purchases.

Important Note:  Stripe will allow you to refund One Time Products ONLY inside of ClickFunnels. Subscription products in Stripe will need to be refunded inside of the Stripe Payment Gateway. All other payment gateways will require that you issue the refund inside of the payment gateway you are using for your funnel.
