Integrating With Shipstation

Learn to connect Shipstation to your ClickFunnels account. You will want to set this connection up if you use Shipstation for order fulfillment and wish to ship products directly once someone purchases through ClickFunnels.

If you wish to use Shipstation for order fulfillment on products you create in ClickFunnels, this will allow you to integrate directly.

Prior to getting started, you will need the following:

Important Note: You must ensure there is a full shipping address, including the country, on any order page where you intend to sell Shipstation Products.

Step 1: Retrieve Your Shipstation API Credentials

  1. From within your Shipstation account, navigate to the gear icon in the top right of your account -click this icon.

  2. On your left navigation, click on Account and then API Settings.

  3. Scroll down and generate or regenerate your API Key and API Secret.

Important Note: You'll want to leave this tab open so you can copy these keys over in the next step.

Step 2: Integrate Shipstation with ClickFunnels

  1. From within your ClickFunnels Integrations settings, select Add New Integration.

  2. Search for and select Shipstation in the search bar.

  3. Give your integration a Nickname.

  4. Paste your API Key & API Secret, then click Add Integration.

Important Note: The API Key and API Secret are reversed in ClickFunnels vs. Shipstation. Make sure you paste them in the proper field when copying them over.
