Integrating With Keap (Infusionsoft) Email

Learn how to integrate Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) with ClickFunnels via OAuth to connect your Keap autoresponder so funnel contacts are automatically added to your Keap campaigns.

With this, you can connect your Keap autoresponder to add contacts from ClickFunnels to your lists in Keap. If you have a Keap account you use as your autoresponder, and you wish to continue sending from Keap after signing up contacts through funnels in ClickFunnels, this will teach you how to set up that connection.

Note: A previous video walkthrough for this integration is no longer accurate due to changes made by Keap in late 2024. Please follow the written steps below to complete your setup.

Prior to getting started, you will need the following:

  • An HTML webform setup within the Campaign you are looking to use with ClickFunnels

Verify Your Keap Connection

ClickFunnels connects to Keap via OAuth — no API key or passphrase is needed.

If you have previously connected Keap to ClickFunnels and want to confirm the connection is active, you can check by doing the following:

  1. Log in to Keap.

  2. Click the Settings tab at the top of the page.

  3. Under Third-Party Authorized Applications, you should see ClickFunnels listed there.

Important Note: If ClickFunnels does not appear in your Third-Party Authorized Applications, proceed with the steps in the "Integrate Keap with ClickFunnels" section below to connect your account.

Integrate Keap with ClickFunnels

  1. Access your account settings area within ClickFunnels.

  2. Click on "Integrations" on your account settings screen.

  3. Click "Add New Integration."

  4. Search for Infusionsoft in the search bar.

  5. Give your integration a Nickname.

  6. Click "Connect Integration."

  7. When prompted by Keap, click "Allow."

Important Note: If you are NOT logged into Keap when setting this up, you will be prompted to log in first instead. For best results, follow the steps in order. Also, please make sure you have at least one Webform set up and published in a Campaign for the integration to be successful.
