Use Twilio SMS Merge Tags in ClickFunnels to personalize SMS messages, using, for example, merge tag #NAME# to include your customer's full name as the greeting in your SMS, such as [Hi, #NAME#], which would replace #NAME# with your customer's actual name.
Keep in mind, you would have needed to collect the merge tag information for your customer previously.

Important Note: Custom field merge tags are not available with SMS messages.
Supported SMS Merge Tags
#NAME# - inserts the user's full name into the message
#FIRST# - inserts the user's first name into the message
#EMAIL# - inserts the user's email into the message
