Question:
What happens if I downgrade from a Platinum plan to a Basic plan and am over the funnel limit in the Basic plan?
Answer:
You will retain all your funnels, but will not be able to create new funnels until you go under the plan limit.
That would mean archiving your funnels in excess of the 20-funnel limitations of the Basic plan or upgrading back to the Platinum plan.
