Funnel Hacking Live 2023 FAQ

Venue/Accommodations

 

Event date/location: September 27th - September 30th, 2023

 

Registration will begin on September 26th, and the event is happening from September 27th through September 30th, in Orlando, Florida.

 

Venue for the Event: The event will be hosted at the Orlando World Center Marriott, Florida: 8701 World Center Drive Orlando, FL 32821, US. 1-407-238-8618

 

Hotel Discount: Standard rooms start at $194/night and go up from there + $35 resort fee per night. 

- If we become booked, you can go to booking.com or expedia.com to find a location to stay within the area. 

  • Common questions: 
  1. Recordings availability- To be determined at the event (Details on how to obtain these will be announced during the event. Assuming it we decide to offer them.)

  2. Speaker schedule- (A detailed speaker schedule is not available prior to FHL. A basic event schedule will be provided at the event.)

  4. Physical Tickets -We do not have physical tickets to the event and you will need to verify the name and email address associated with your ticket at registration.

    - Having a Photo ID there is helpful but not required

  5. NO virtual ticket option this year! You must attend in person. However we understand things can change quickly, so we will continue to monitor the landscape around Covid-19 and Travel. 

    1. Refund Deadline: On or before June 25, 2023 (90 days before FHL begins)

    2.  From June 26, 2023 until FHL:
      • No refunds allowed
      • Only option is to credit full amount off ticket to FHL 2024/25

    4. If a ticket is purchased after June 25, 2023, there is no refund option available–regardless of how quickly the purchaser decides to request a refund.
       
      Guest Tickets: If a purchaser bought multiple tickets to FHL but did not list any guest email addresses or names, those guest tickets may only be canceled by the original purchaser and refunded to the purchaser’s card on file or credited toward the following year’s FHL.
       
      ClickFunnels Cancellation: If ClickFunnels cancels FHL due to a Force Majeure event, all tickets for FHL 2023 shall be credited toward a ticket to ClickFunnels’s next Funnel Hacking Live event. If ClickFunnels cancels FHL without a Force Majeure event, all tickets will be refunded.

6. Registration: Final dates have not been finalized yet. The current plan, for now, is to open registration on the 26th of September. 

 

Event General Questions

 
Are there COVID-related restrictions on who can attend?
Please refer to your local jurisdiction to determine if restrictions apply. If you have questions, please contact us at fhlsupport@clickfunnels.com.

 

Why am I paying Florida Sales Tax 6.5%?
Because the event is being held in Florida and being broadcast from Florida, we are legally required to charge you Florida Sales Tax (6% from Florida + .5% Orlando = 6.5%).

 

Are there sponsorship opportunities for my business?
We are no longer offering sponsorship for FHL '23 at this time.

 

What is the Event schedule going to be?
- Event will kick off around noon on Sept. 27th and will conclude on Sept. 30th
- Daily schedules aren’t typically published but plan on starting around 8 am and concluding later into the evening each day.
- We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
 
What is the deadline to apply for my 2CC Award?
To be recognized at FHL 2023, you must have your application submitted no later than August 15th.
 
Does the hotel offer free parking?
No, all FHL Attendees will have a 50% discount off the prevailing self-parking rate for overnight guests

 

Are pets allowed in the Event?
- No, the Orlando World Center does NOT allow pets in their hotel.
- If you have a service animal, please reach out to us in advance so we can help coordinate. 

 

Will there be an opportunity to meet Russell Brunson?
Due to Russell’s busy schedule, he typically isn’t able to meet with attendees.

 

Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?
There will be some food provided at different networking events during FunnelHacking LIVE, but you are typically responsible for your own meals.

 

Will all of the speakers be present at the event or will they present over Zoom on tv/big screen?
We are hoping to have all speakers in person at FunnelHacking LIVE, but we have learned over the last 12 months that things can change.

 

Will there be a conference app that we can download?
No, we do not have a conference app at this time. 

 

Who are the speakers this year?
We will be releasing the speaker lineup as we get closer to the Event.

 

Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
No, recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures!

 

Is there a Facebook Group for FHL 2023?

 

Age Limitations

 
Is there an age limit to attend? 
There is no age limit to attend. If you are under 18 years old, however, you must attend with your legal guardian.

 

Can I bring my baby/kids?
No, this Event is not appropriate for young children. If you have unique circumstances and you need to bring your child, please contact us by July 31 at fhlsupport@clickfunnels.comand we will consider your request.

 

Seating

 
Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?
At this time, there is no VIP or Preferred seating.

 

Do you make special accommodations for those with physical limitations?
Yes. Special Early Access is available. Please reach out to fhlsupport@clickfunnels.com.

 

Do 2CCX Members get any special benefits?
Yes, we will be offering Special Early Access to the Main Ballroom prior to the General doors opening. You will need to be in the Early Access Lounge Area in order to get early access.

 

Can I purchase an Early Access Ticket?
No, not at this time. Early access is reserved for our 2CCX Members at this time. 

 

Safety

 
What covid protocols will be in place?
We will follow the State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.

 

Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?
We will be following State/City/Hotel guidelines for masks and overall safety. Our ability to host this event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.

 

Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
- We will continue to analyze and make determinations on appropriate precautions. 
- Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. We will also be adhering to Florida’s and the hotel's policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.

 

Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following covid and safety protocols. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety-related questions are subject to change. 

 

What happens if I get sick while traveling to the Event and/ or get sick at the Event?
- If at the Event, please provide us with notice; we will send out more details closer to the Event. 
- If you get sick before the Event (see above).
- If you get sick at the Event, we ask that you notify us and do not attend.
