ClickFunnels Refund Policy

You may reach out to our support team at billing@clickfunnels.com within 30 days of your purchase or the most recent payment to submit a written email request for a refund.

 

We are unable to issue refunds on anything older than 30 days. 

 

When contacting our support team please provide the following information:

  1. Contact us from your ClickFunnels account email or the email used at purchase.
  2. The last 4 digits of the card that is on file.
  3. The date of the payment.
  4. The dollar amount of the payment.

 

If you have purchased a “hard good” (for example, a book or other tangible product) from ClickFunnels or any related brands, you may receive a limited refund if you comply with the following conditions (unless otherwise specified):

  1. Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase;
  2. You must return the hard goods to ClickFunnels immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund;
  3. The hard goods must be returned to ClickFunnels in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in ClickFunnels’ sole, reasonable discretion.
