Funnel Sales Page

In this article, we will cover the details of the Funnels Sales Page. The Funnels Sales Page is located within every funnel and will allow you to review sales details such as: name of products sold, amount processed, customer’s email address, status and time of transaction. These details are important to show which products have been sold and when. The Funnel Sales Page also allows you to export your sales history.


  

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • An Existing Sales funnel


Important Note: In order to view any sales information within the funnel, you will need to ensure you have created an Order Form type of funnel step within the funnel.

Step 1: Access the Funnel Sales Page:

1. Hover over ClickFunnels on the top menu and click on Funnels

2. Select the funnel you wish to view the sales information for.

3. Click on the Sales tab.

Step 2: Searching and Filtering Sales:

1. Click the down chevron and select which filter you want to use to filter sales.

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last 2 Months

  • This Year

  • All Time

2. Select which step you wish to view your sales information for by clicking All Funnel Steps and selecting the step. This dropdown will display all the steps associated with this funnel, including those found under Other Funnel Steps

3. Search for the desired product (This would only be necessary if you were to have multiple products within the funnel).

What Information Can I Find In My Funnel’s Sales Page?

Within the sales page for your sales funnel, you are able to view a variety of information distributed in columns:

  • Product: Name of the product sold.

  • Amount: Amount charged to customer.

  • Customer: Customer’s email address.

  • Status: Status of the transaction. It could show as PAID or FAILED.

  • Transaction: Transaction ID returned by the payment gateway that processed the sale.

How To Export Sales Information

1. Select the time frame to filter the data. Prior to exporting the sales information, you must select one of the available filters:

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • Last 2 Months

  • This Year

  • All Time 

2. Click Export to CSV.

3. Click DownloadYou will also receive an email including a link to download the CSV file with the sales information.
