Integrating Shopify With ClickFunnels

Step 1 - Create an App and Sales Channel in Shopify
To integrate Shopify with ClickFunnels, follow these steps to create a custom app in Shopify that will provide the API credentials needed for the connection.
- Access to Apps and Sales Channels:
- Begin by logging into your Shopify store.
- From the Shopify dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and click on Apps.
- Once the Apps menu expands, select App and Sales Channel Settings from the dropdown options. Create an App
- On the Apps and Sales Channels page, click on Develop Apps.
- You will see an option labeled Allow Custom App Development. Click this to enable the creation of custom apps for your Shopify store.
- Click on Create an App. You will be prompted to give the app a name and assign a developer.Configure Admin API Scopes
- Once the app is created, Shopify will ask you to configure the app's permissions or API scopes.
- Click Configure Admin API Scopes.
- Select all the required permissions. This will include access to products, orders, fulfillment, and other key elements.Save and Install the App
- After configuring the API scopes, click Save to store the settings.
- Finally, click Install App to finalize the app creation.Copy the Admin API access token
- Shopify will generate an Admin API Access Token for your app.
- You will need to copy the Store's URL and the Admin API Access Token to store them in a secure place, as they are essential for connecting Shopify to ClickFunnels.
Step 2 - Connect Shopify with ClickFunnels
Follow the steps below to seamlessly integrate Shopify with your ClickFunnels account:
In your ClickFunnels account, hover over to your Account Profile in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.
Select the Integrations menu from the left-hand menu.
Click Add New Integration.
In the list of available integrations, select Shopify.
Enter an integration name in the Integration Nickname field in the Shopify integration settings.
Paste the Admin API Access Token you copied from Shopify into the API key Or Access Token field.
Enter your Shopify store URL in the Store's URL field.
Finally, click Add Integration to save your settings and complete the connection.
Step 3 - Select Shopify in Products
Once Shopify is integrated with your ClickFunnels account, you can use this connection to streamline product fulfillment through your sales funnels. After a sale is made, ClickFunnels will automatically send the order data to your Shopify store for fulfillment.
Go to your ClickFunnels account and open the funnel you wish to work with.
If you need a new checkout page, create one (e.g., order form, one-time offer (OTO) page). Alternatively, you can modify an existing checkout page.
Navigate to the Products tab and click Add New Product.
Fill out the required details, including selecting the payment gateway and setting the product name, price, shipping origin address, and payment type.
In the product settings, go to the Shipping tab and enable the Physical Product option.
From the integration options, choose Shopify as the shipping or fulfillment method. This will enable the SKU field, allowing you to map the Shopify product for fulfillment.
Once you've completed the product setup, click Save and Close to finalize the configuration.
Congratulations! Your integration is now complete. When an order is placed through ClickFunnels, the order details will automatically be sent to Shopify for fulfillment.
