Transactional Email SMTP Stats

In this article, we will cover Transactional Only Email SMTP Stats. The Transactional Only Email SMTP Stats will help you keep track of your transactional email sending performance. 

Important Note: The Transactional Only Email SMTP is ClickFunnels' in-house SMTP service that you can use to deliver order confirmation emails, receipts, etc.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • An active ClickFunnels account

  • An Email Integration (SMTP) for Transactional Only Emails

The stats that are collected when using the Transactional Only (our in-house SMTP service) email integration, are useful to see how your customers are interacting with your transactional emails. The stats area will also help you keep track of any issues with your email sending.
Tracked Stats:

When using ClickFunnels' Transactional SMTP, you will be able to keep track of:

  • How many emails have been processed/sent

  • Unique opens

  • Unique clicks

  • Number of delivered emails

  • Number of failed emails

  • Bounces

  • Spam reports

Accessing The Stats For Your Transactional Only SMTP:

1. Hover over the account menu at the top right and select Account Settings.

2. Click Email Integrations (SMTP) on the left menu.

3. Select your Transactional Email SMTP by clicking on its name.

4.Click on the timeline filters to adjust the stats as needed.

  • Since Yesterday

  • Last 7 Days

  • Last 30 Days

  • All Time

Your Reputation reflects the last 30 days and is updated daily. It goes up for every delivered email and down for every bounce or spam report. You will see a smiley face at the top right when your reputation is at a healthy level.
