Manually Add A Contact In ClickFunnels

Learn how to manually add a single contact to your ClickFunnels Classic account from the Contacts page, including what information can be stored in their profile.

When using ClickFunnels, the most commonly known way to add a contact to your contacts or to a specific email list would be to have them opt in through a funnel.

However, there may be times when you just need to manually add a single contact to your ClickFunnels account. In this article, we will go over how to manually add a contact to your ClickFunnels list of contacts.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

  • The contact’s email address

Before creating a new contact, there is some information you may want to collect from the customer. The following information is what can be stored and found within the contact profile:

  • First Name (Recommended)

  • Last Name (Recommended)

  • Email Address (Required)

  • Phone Number (Optional)

  • Tags (Optional)

  • VAT Number (Optional)

  • Address (Optional)

  • Shipping Address (Optional)

Step 1: Manually Add A Contact:

1. From the ClickFunnels dashboard, hover over the ClickFunnels tab and click on Contacts:

2. Click + Create New Contact:

3. Fill in the appropriate fields as needed:

4. Check the permission box shown below:

"I confirm that this contact is over 18 and has given permission to receive marketing communications from me.”

5. Click on Save New Contact.
